For a successful portrait session, Carousel Classique requires a clutter free area of approximately 12 x 12 Feet. This will require any furniture, plants or other items moved to create a tidy space for use to work in.

We also require a vertical space of 9 Feet or higher to accommodate our backdrop and flash umbrella. This vertical area should be free of any lighting, for example, a chandelier, or this may cast shadows onto the subject from the flash. 

For optimal performance, our equipment requires a readily available power source (sockets) within close proximity to the designated setup area. Additionally, to ensure the longevity and functionality of our setup, we prioritise sheltered locations for outdoor events. We politely do not accommodate fully outdoor photoshoots. This allows us to safeguard against potential damage from various weather elements such as rain, wind, and direct sunlight. We do, however, consider outdoor venues on a case-by-case basis, taking into account specific details and available resources.
